We currently deliver all across Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: 1 – 3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3 – 5 working days
    (Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location.)


Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳ 60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above ৳ 1,000


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking details will be provided (if applicable) to monitor your delivery status.


Failed Delivery / Reattempt

If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. In case the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

For security and accuracy, we may verify certain orders through phone or email before dispatch.
