Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products damaged, altered, or used after delivery will not be accepted for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and verified.

  • Refunds will be made via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, delivery charges may be non-refundable.


Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchange Policy
